Return Policy:

No returns with out prior authorization. 25% restocking fee applies for all non perishable products. Perishable products CAN NOT be returned. All claims for damages will be handled through Carriers Insurance, damage claims must be made via e-mail claim@esrogim.com or to (516)322-0560 within 24hrs of receipt of shipment.
